The acratic system of Hôdo, does not generate chaos and disorder. It privileges on the contrary the team work. But, any human activity which is carried out with several, requires a coherence. A protocol is needed, i.e. standards respected by the community concerned. The standards are current things in the scientific and technical circles. Among the standards, let us quote, for example, the choice of the measuring units. The meter, the gram, aso do not represent any moral, philosophical or political value today. They are "objects" of communication, reference frames. Many standards come from traditions, and are sometimes at the time of their establishment or their denial of the politico-economic stakes. The fact remains that the standards are what makes it possible to encase two parts manufactured by people who do not even know themselves. It is what makes it possible to carry out a software with another inside a given machine. Acracy
is precisely the wish to remove the possibility that any potentate could handle the standards in order to create its own empire.
Standards, it is also language. Acracy,
have to avoid any power controlled by an oligarchy imposing its way of thinking.
Standards are often also a question of will. No government in the world proposed to study Esperanto. No economist proposed a calibration of the euro, the ecu or of any unifying pseudo currency. It would be against the Market and the interest of the large capital. |
