In the legend of the pioneers, the commander of Livingstone establishes a charter so that the first colonists of Hôdo did not tear each other to pieces.
The respect of this charter is the condition necessary and sufficient to be Hôdon
Hôdons cultivate the difference as being a source of richness. They take advantage of that with the proviso that never to impose on the other what it is difficult to stand. This is why, among the 10 articles, they defend
the right to the avoidance.
When Hôdons do not find a consensus in a dilemma, and that they judge that a vote does not solve the problem, they use the random with
dice with ten faces. .
Generally, they all have theirs, symbolizing the fact that the truth is not the prerogative of nobody, that no majority can occult any minority and that freedom is often the resultant of the chance.
Any community establishes habits. Hôdons distinguish apart from their impossible to circumvent charter, traditions, etiquette and standards.
The etiquette is the art of the good manners. This "protocol" allows all hôdons to communicate between them with a minimum of misunderstandings.
This art of living is as a standard and is worked out and followed by all hôdon.
